We accept secure card payments through our approved payment providers. Cash on delivery is not available.

Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after the item is picked up from the seller.

Returns are only accepted if:

• The item has significant undisclosed defects (defects that were not mentioned or shown in the listing)
• The item does not match the description or photos provided by the seller

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, sizing issues, or normal wear expected from pre-loved items.

Create an account, upload clear photos, write an honest description, and set your price. Once your item sells, we handle the pickup and delivery.

You can sell pre-loved fashion items that are clean, in good condition, and legally allowed in the UAE.

Currently, Re Style is not charging any commission during our launch period. A commission fee may be introduced in the future as the platform grows. Any changes will be communicated to sellers in advance.

Payments are released after the order is successfully delivered, usually within 48–72 hours, and credited to your Re Style wallet.

If an item has a major defect or does not match the listing, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.

Re Style may assist in mediating disputes between buyers and sellers, but does not guarantee a resolution. UAE law will apply if needed.

Your earnings are stored in your Re Style wallet. You can use them to shop on the platform or request a bank withdrawal.
