Welcome to Re Style. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Re Style platform, website, and services. By registering or using Re Style, you agree to these Terms.

About Re Style It
Re Style is an online resale marketplace based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We provide a platform that allows individuals (“Sellers”) to list and sell pre-owned items, and individuals (“Buyers”) to purchase those items.
Re Style does not own, manufacture, inspect, or guarantee the items listed on the platform. Sellers are solely responsible for their listings, including item condition, description, and fulfillment.

Eligibility
To use Re Style, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete account information
By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is true and up to date.

Seller Responsibilities
Sellers agree to:
- Provide accurate and honest descriptions of all items, including condition, size, defects, and clear photos
- Ensure all items are clean, safe, and legally permitted for sale in the UAE
- Make items available for pickup within 48 hours of sale confirmation unless otherwise agreed
- Properly package items to avoid damage during transit
- Leave items at the designated pickup location (e.g., door or building security) unless otherwise instructed
Re Style reserves the right to suspend or remove Sellers who repeatedly violate these Terms, including but not limited to:
- Misrepresentation of items
- Repeated defective or inaccurate listings
- Delays in fulfillment
- Multiple Buyer complaints

Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:
- Provide accurate delivery information
- Ensure access to the delivery location
- Inspect items upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours
Returns are only accepted for:
- Significant undisclosed defects, defined as defects that were not disclosed or mentioned in the description or photos
- Items not matching the description or photos
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Size or fit issues
- Normal wear and tear consistent with pre-owned items

Fees & Commission
Re Style charges a commission fee per successful sale (percentage or fixed rate, as defined on the platform).
The commission is automatically deducted before Seller payout. No hidden fees apply unless clearly communicated.

Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers approved by Re Style.
- Buyer payments are held for up to 72 hours after delivery
- If no issue is reported within 48 hours, funds are released to the Seller wallet
- Re Style is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors
Seller Wallet & Payouts
Sellers may:
- Request bank transfers via their wallet
- Use wallet balance for purchases on Re Style (subject to available balance)
Payouts are processed manually. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate bank details.

Delivery & Pickup
Re Style facilitates local pickup and delivery within the UAE (currently limited to Dubai unless otherwise stated).
Pickup Process
- Sellers are notified once an item is sold
- Sellers must prepare items for pickup within 48 hours
- Standard pickups occur during scheduled time windows
- Items must be left at the designated location unless otherwise arranged
Delivery Timeline
Deliveries typically occur within 1–2 business days after pickup.
Re Style is not responsible for delays caused by access issues, incorrect packaging, or incomplete Seller instructions.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted if:
- The item has a major undisclosed defect
- The item significantly differs from its listing description or photos
All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
If approved:
- The item must be returned in its original received condition
- Refunds are issued once the Seller confirms receipt of the returned item
Sellers who repeatedly misrepresent items may be suspended.

Prohibited Items
Users may not list or sell:
- Counterfeit or stolen goods
- Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
- Food, cosmetics, or personal care products
- Items prohibited under UAE law or regulation
Re Style reserves the right to remove any prohibited listings without notice.

Dispute Resolution
- Disputes must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Re Style may mediate disputes but does not guarantee resolution
- Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the courts of the relevant jurisdiction

Intellectual Property
All Re Style branding, design, content, and platform materials are owned by Re Style and may not be copied or used without permission.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring their listings do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability
Re Style provides its platform “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Re Style is not responsible for:
- Item quality, safety, legality, or accuracy
- Losses arising from user interactions
- Third-party delivery or payment service issues
Re Style’s total liability to any user shall not exceed the total commission fees paid by that user in the past six (6) months.

Changes to Terms
Re Style may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
