Return Policy

At Re Style, we want every pre-loved purchase to feel transparent, reliable, and worry-free. Because each item is unique, our return policy is designed to protect both buyers and sellers fairly.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligible Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- The item has a major defect that was not disclosed in the listing
- The item is significantly different from the description, photos, or condition stated by the Seller

Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Wrong size, fit, or personal preference
- Normal wear and tear that was clearly mentioned in the item description

Reporting an Issue
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To report a problem, please contact us with:
- Your order details
- Clear photos showing the issue

Return & Refund Process
If your claim is approved:
- The item must be returned to the Seller
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was received
- Once the Seller confirms receipt, a full refund will be processed

Fair Use Policy
To maintain trust and quality within the Re Style community:
- Sellers who repeatedly list inaccurate or misleading items may be suspended
- Buyers who misuse the return system may have their account restricted
